Gibraltar Rugby Club would like to thank Andy Hunter and John Hunter of the Lord Nelson for their sponsorship of the junior rugby team.
This is the second season the juniors have played in the Andalucía league and there have been marked improvements, with a great win against Los Jabalíes beating them convincingly 54-0. With the help from the Lord Nelson, Gibraltar Rugby Club were able to provide transport for all away games and cover most of the costs of hiring a pitch in nearby Pueblo Nuevo. Special mention should also be given to the other junior sponsors; Stan James and Taylor Woodrow, both of whom have financially helped the junior team this year.
