The introduction of selfcatering apartments especially designed for the local corporate market.

As from 1 July 2007 we shall be offering an exclusive product which incorporates all the benefits of staying in an hotel yet the freedom of apartment life.

The dedicated fifth floor of the north wing of the hotel, with security access will house 9 one bedroom suites, 2 studio apartments, and allows for a conversion of one of the apartments and one of the studios to be available as a two bedroom apartment.

The apartments decorated to a very high standard will include in the cost:
• daily maid service
• gymnasium membership
• free unlimited internet access
• grocery shopping service
• water and electricity.

Each apartment will have a plasma T.V. screen both in the lounge and bedroom, sound system, computer and DVD. Enough crockery and cutlery, glasses and table linen for four people. The lounge sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. However we are very happy to offer special rates of £50 per room per night (subject to availability) for any family and friends who may wish to visit and require separate accommodation within the hotel. A very special added extra is the magnificent view one will be able to enjoy from any of the apartments, a quiet retreat with spectacular views. Now isn’t that all worth £3000 per month. A minimum let of 3 months is required and for companies wishing to rent for one year a special rate can be agreed.
