Birthday in Gibraltar party on “The Rock”
On May 17, The Rock of Gibraltar was an impressive backdrop for an important celebration: It was 20 years earlier that Credit Suisse set foot in the autonomous British colony, and since that time the company has grown to become the leading private bank.
Thomas Westh Olsen, Managing Director of the Gibraltar office, joined approximately 200 guests at the Open Air Theatre situated in the Alameda Botanical Gardens. His praise was unbounded as he spoke before assembled clients, financial intermediaries, local dignitaries and representatives from Credit Suisse management. “I’d like to extend a big thank you to all those who have contributed towards our growth throughout the last 20 years: our clients, our 48 committed employees as well as staff worldwide, the government, all our partners and other stakeholders.”
