PointONE addresses a business need

Recently established in Watergardens, has identified a common problem businesses face in finding suitable office and meeting room facilities and aims to provide a solution. PointONE addresses Gibraltar’s need for temporary fully-serviced offices and meeting rooms available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. B2B spoke with Justine Grimwood, Director of PointONE.
“Gibraltar has been experiencing a tremendous amount of growth in the business sector. As a jurisdiction, Gibraltar has successfully established itself as a desirable location for online gaming companies, fund managers, insurance companies and banks to base their businesses. This influx of new business has also had a spill-over effect on existing Gibraltar based business that support these new companies and as such, put a huge demand on commercial office space for both new and existing businesses needing room for expansion. Anyone who has been working in Gibraltar has felt both the positive and negative effects of this.  Having worked previously for a growing online gaming company myself, I frequently had the need to place new staff or find suitable meeting space. The idea that there is a gap in the market for a company that can offer these businesses the convenience of temporary as-needed completely serviced offices and meeting rooms, was a natural conclusion and a view shared by my business partners.”
PointONE has recently completely renovated ±380 sqM of office space in Watergardens over looking the new Ocean Village marina development. They offer 4 fully-equipped meeting rooms capable of accommodating 10-14 delegates in each room.
In addition they have 7 fully furnished and serviced offices ranging in size from 8 to 14 sqM or suitable for 1-4 persons per office.  The main point however is convenience.  PointONE offers these rooms on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis complete with daily cleaning service, Internet, telephone, reception services, top-quality photocopy and PC equipment and common kitchen facilities inclusive of coffee and tea. For companies that require immediate access to temporary office or meeting space, there is now a solution with PointONE. In addition, they also operate a chauffeur service in their BMW 5-series sedan. This uniformed driver service is available to any business or individual in need of a professional driver for client pick-ups, Malaga service, or stand-by service for VIPs.  Local clients began taking advantage of this service even before PointONE opened their doors for the services office business.
